Spiral Goddess Meaning

Horned God Meaning

The Horned God, or antlered deity, is an ancient and powerful deity recognised in several old paths, including as Cernunnos (literally meaning “Horned One”) and the Green Man in Celtic mythology, and as Pan, Herne and Dionysus from Greek mythology. In modern times, the Horned God is worshipped as the Lord of nature and the wild. He represents hunting, agriculture (through his death-and-rebirth cycle), the wilderness, virility, male sexuality, masculine power, and the Sun. He is the partner and consort to the Goddess.
