Ways To Use Rescue Roll Ons:

• Roll onto pulse points, allowing your body heat to gently diffuse the scent around you.
• Apply to targeted area and gently rub the oil into the area in slow, circular motions.
• Apply to palms, cup palms over mouth and nose and take a slow, deep breath in through the nose, allowing the aroma to flow through you.
• Apply to a cloth that you place over your eyes while lying down.
• Reapply as needed.
